Support & Donations Terms
Terms & Conditions for Support / Donations
Simple version: Support is a "thank you + fuel" payment. Half goes straight to the creator, the rest powers art, anime, and platform operations. It is not an investment, not a guarantee, and mostly about helping the creator and ecosystem grow.
1.1 Nature of Support Contributions
"Support", "Donation", "Tip", or any similarly labelled feature (collectively "Support Contribution") represents a voluntary payment made by a user ("Supporter") to show appreciation for a Creator or a specific Work and to help the ecosystem grow.
1.2 Non-Refundable Character
All Support Contributions are, by default, final and non-refundable, subject only to:
1.3 Allocation of Support Contributions (50 / 20 / 20 / 10)
After deduction of payment gateway charges, taxes, and mandatory fees, Net Support Contributions shall be internally allocated as follows:
Credited to the Creator associated with the Work supported.
Used to pay artists, illustrators, cover designers, editors, and other creative staff working on visual adaptations and enhancements.
Used to build budgets and prototypes for trailers, pilots, animation, dubbing, voice acting, background music and related production for FANOA-selected IP.
Used for hosting costs, engineering, moderation, legal, salaries, support, and ecosystem sustainability.
The Company may, in future, revise these percentages to ensure sustainability, but will not retroactively change allocation for amounts already accrued and will notify Creators and users of significant changes in advance.
1.4 No Guarantee of Adaptation
Support Contributions may indicate strong interest and can influence internal evaluation, but they do not guarantee:
Adaptation decisions are made based on combined factors: Internal editorial evaluation, Performance metrics (reads, retention, engagement), Community response, and Feasibility / interest from production and distribution partners.
