Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution
Simple version: If things go all the way to a legal fight, it happens under Indian law, in Andhra Pradesh, with arbitration first if agreed.
9.1 Governing Law
This Legal Package, any related policies, and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Peakovels Ecosystem and FANOA Initiative are governed by the laws of India.
9.2 Jurisdiction & Courts
Subject to arbitration provisions, the courts located in the State of Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
9.3 Arbitration
Where agreed or mandated in specific contracts, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Andhra Pradesh.
The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding, subject to limited grounds of challenge under applicable law.
