Refund Rules and Dispute Handling Procedures

Simple version: Refunds are rare and only for real technical or legal issues. If you have a problem, write to us; if we can't fix it together, there is a formal legal process.

7.1 General Refund Rules

Support Contributions are generally non-refundable, as explained earlier.
Digital purchases (chapter unlocks, passes, etc.) are also generally non-refundable, except in cases of:
• Proven technical failure (user charged but content not delivered)
• Confirmed fraudulent transactions or card misuse
• Legally mandated consumer protection scenarios

7.2 Dispute Handling

If a user or Creator has a dispute about:

Payments
Payouts
Content removal
Account actions

they should contact official support channels with a detailed explanation.

The Company will:

Acknowledge the dispute,
Investigate,
Respond within a reasonable time frame (e.g., 30 working days).

If unresolved, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court, as per Section 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction).
