4.2 Notification Procedure

Counter-Notification Process

4.3 Repeat Infringers

Users or Creators repeatedly flagged for confirmed infringement may have:

• Their accounts permanently banned
• Future access blocked
• Pending payouts related to infringing content withheld, subject to law
